Bill Charman
Co founder & CEO
Bill Charman is co founder and CEO of Valentijn. Hailing from a family of brokers who’ve specialized in investment, management and construction since 1938, he combines over 20+ years of deep industry expertise with a commited love of the deal.

 Before coming to MIlan, Bill created a highly successful boutique real estate agency serving the San Francisco Bay area.
Founded in 2003 and acquired by the technology startup Compass in 2017, that firm continues on today, with average annual sale of circa 23,000,000 USD.
Prior to that, Bill spent over 14 years in the music business and owned Univibe, a cult guitar emporium serving hundreds of underground and national bands.
By conservative estimates, he has over 18,000 hours of professional negotiation experience.
Bill speaks fluent Italian.

Camille Mason is a visionary entrepreneur and co-founder of Valentijn, a cutting-edge real estate technology startup. With a background deeply rooted in design and logistics, Camille brings a unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking to the world of proptech.
Before venturing into real estate technology, Camille achieved remarkable success with two previous ventures in the realm of women's apparel design, manufacturing, and retail.
Her keen eye for design aesthetics and a knack for understanding logistics have been pivotal in crafting innovative solutions for the real estate industry.
